I just made the yummiest soup in the world ever. I'm blogging the recipe so I cant forget it (cos I kinda made it up as I went along).
1 huge potato
1 big leek
2 carrots
1.25 pint of chicken stock
3 slice of smoked bacon
Salt
Pepper
Pinch of mixed herbs
Sautee potato and leek
Bung water in pot
Bung potato and leek in pot
Grate carrots
Bung in pot
Fry bacon
Cut up, bung in pot
Wee bit of salt, pepper & herbs
Simmer for a wee while - and done!
Was it really that easy??
