Wednesday

Well I've made it to Wednesday, in one piece too! Yesterday was baaad, Monday was baaad, today started off bad but then Mark & I went up to see the new office and it cheered me up immensely! I luuurve my new desk! I will photo it on Friday when we're moving in. I'll be Googlechatting til the cows come home!

On Saturday I'm going out for lunch with Helen & Nicole Ritchie, I cant wait to find out what Nicole says about her fight with Paris!

Nothing else really happening. Payday today - always a good feeling!

I miss Dave. He's staying with Granny & Grampa for a week and they're taking him to Edinburgh. Today they're in Ayr. I keep looking out my bedroom window and thinking he's been stolen. Bless. I just phoned my dad and he said he's pushed out his big dimple. Hee hee.

Louise, Helen and I are going to La Tasca on Saturday. We're all making pudding or something. I kinda missed that conversation so am not sure what's happening but I know Louise is making tablet and I'm making my infamous empire biscuits.

La Tasca with Lynn was not a success as I overestimated the size of my stomach, ate too much and therefore could barely walk. So I was home and in my jammies for 10pm. At least I have learned my lesson and wont be making that mistake again.

Ooooh should I phone and hang up to see if he's at his desk??? Hmmm.

Oh the wee man is sitting on my shoulders again. And I think he's had a few pie suppers.

Tonight was very revealing. That's all I can say. I've seen him for what he is. "Finally" I hear Louise & Kerry saying!

omg I'm so late as usual but havent blogged in ages and ages.

Me and Mister Man fell out and havent spoken in days. Thats fine.

Last night I had amazing dream. He wasnt in my amazing dream...funny that.

Lost Weekend

Oh gaaawd. Am i alive?

I wonder how much I drank on Friday night. Too much I definitely know that. This is me just feeling like myself again and now I have to catch up on all the housework and washings and hair-doings!

I've posted all the night out photos onto another blog.

I burnt my finger making banana bread so it hurts to type.

I have a new job. I am a binman/janny/mover person. The guys in the Glasgow Office are all lazy bams and like to create a mess which is not the cleaner's job to clean up, so it falls to me. Today was spent lugging boxes and boxes of stationery and boxes of A4 paper around while 20 men sat on their arses and watched me. One guy, who was in a meeting all day and didnt actually witness me lugging the boxes, came out his meeting and brought in some boxes of A3 paper which I couldnt even attempt to carry. Without me even asking him. So he's offically now the only person in the office who I like. And he will be rewarded tomorrow with some chocolate.

I'm just home and need to start getting ready for night out tomorrow but now I've sat down its hard to get back up again.

Louise and I went out for drinks last night and never got home til 10 because my bus service only runs 1 per hour after 6pm. Great eh. The hours were flying so quickly that I kept missing the bus. It was nice to be out anyway.

Ok absolutely must go and get into the shower.

Woohoo just fixed lappy! I was having a recurring problem which was driving me bonkers. Thanks to Google and clever-tech-type-people out there I'm all fixed!

Mister Man had his empire biscuit today and said "did you make the biscuit bits yourself?", so I take it he was hugely impressed. Helen said I have the baking skills of a 12 year old.....Louise made it better by saying I have the artistic skills of a 12 year old. I cant argue with that.

Am currently working my way through this box of chocolates. Am hoping to god I dont get any boxes of chocs for Valentines Day (aye right, who am I kidding).

Roll on Friday - cant wait to see all my pals!!! And have a lie in with a wee bit of a hangover. Lovely stuff. First proper drink of the year!

OMG I hate working in the Glasgow Office. Its rubbish. I thought things were a wee bit unorganised on site, but in here its utter mayhem. There is little or no communication between people and things run about as smooth as Mister Man’s face on a Sunday!

I hate getting the bus to work, its cold and boring and the buses are too busy. I cant switch the heating on. And I cant bung the music up full blast.

I hate lunchtimes where everything is so expensive and there’s nowhere for me to go. I cant just jump in the car and go for a wee shop.

And mostly I hate having no pals in here. There’s no McShandy to go for breakfast with, no McLarry to bring me evil. And no Mister Man. Am a little loner Billy No Mates.

Ok.....what made me think baking empire biscuits were a good idea??

My first batch are in the oven. Had to split into 2 batches because my baking tray is only big enough for 6 'biscuits'. I'm sat in front of the oven right now watching them. Unfortunately they seem to be spreading one into the other. Hopefully they'll stop growing soon. My lovely clean kitchen has been transformed into a (flour) bomb site and I have gunk under my fingernails.

I'm sure the banana bread will work out a lot better!

I'm Very Busy.....Doing Nothing

I am supposed to be cleaning but I think I'm all cleaned out, I've been up til god knows what time every night this week tidying & cleaning for this survey guy, and I know he's going to be in and out in 5 mins! My hands feel horrible.

Last night I went to Tesco (to get sandpaper but they didnt sell it so went to B&Q for that) and I bought flour, icing sugar, caster sugar and blue food dye! I'm going to make Empire Biscuits (when the man leaves)! Oh, Oh and icing pens that I can write on food with!!! Very excited. I'll take a photo of them for sure. And I'm going to make a banana loaf too. People should visit me for cake, biscuits and coffee at the weekend. It'll be like a church coffee morning. Hahaha.
