I LOVE MY FLAT!
I've just been trawling through rightmove.co.uk looking at all the properties on the market just now. I thank God I bought my flat when I did, not that it was a bargain but the way things are going at the moment, if I'd waited a bit longer it would have been a lot more difficult to secure one. The market's gone CRAZY for one bedroom flats! All us little singletons are wanting somewhere to call home and we're pricing each other out of the market!
It still feels all new to me, even though I'll have been paying the mortgage for 2 years come January! But as I sit here eating a huge bar of Cadburys chocolate for lunch, drinking tea and flicking through all the crappy NTL channels I can honestly say its still as exciting now as it was the first Saturday morning I woke up in here!
Mister Man woke me up with a text message this morning. I was quite glad as I was having a bizarre dream about my Gran being drunk. My Gran's never had a drink in all her years! Anyway, he text to tell me that I didnt win the signed Celtic shirt I had bought raffle tickets for. Shame, it means I'll need to go back to the drawing board for James' birthday!
