Gads!!

After attempting to phone Dell about a million times and having to abandon the call cos some pain in the erse appeared at my desk, I finally got through!!

To a complete foreigner though.

I really dont have the time nor the patience to repeat my problem, my name, my address etc etc a million times so I just hung up.

I will keep phoning until hopefully I get a British person.
